Risk disclosure
Last updated: 28 September 2026. SyncNet is experimental, non-custodial software. Cryptoassets are volatile and blockchain transactions may be irreversible. You may lose some or all assets used in cryptoasset activity.
Software and market risks
Smart contracts, wallets, networks, RPC services, indexers, explorers and third-party infrastructure can fail, change behaviour or report stale information. User-created projects and metadata can be inaccurate, misleading or malicious. A successful browser simulation does not guarantee that a later transaction will be included or execute successfully.
Nothing on SyncNet guarantees value, liquidity, distributions, rewards, returns, users, holders, community or attention. A USDG market does not peg or stabilise a project token.
Connection is not endorsement
Connecting a project to another asset describes a market relationship. It does not imply that the other asset’s team created, approved, endorsed or controls the project.
Launches
The builder reads live eligibility, constructs PAR launch calldata, runs an eth_call simulation and estimates gas before you are asked to approve anything. A real launch is an irreversible transaction, and a mined launch is immediately tradable. Project images pinned to IPFS become public and effectively permanent; review the final ipfs:// URI before launch.
PAR dependency
SyncNet launches tokens through PAR’s contracts on Robinhood Chain, which SyncNet does not control. PAR’s documentation states that its contracts are not audited. PAR’s factory owner can change fees for future launches and can move a creator-fee recipient through PAR’s Community Takeover process. The vault fee destinations depend on PAR’s operators: holder payouts are sent by PAR’s distributor wallet, burn-vault buyback rounds are run by PAR’s operator, and the floor vault’s source code has not been published. SyncNet reads PAR’s parameters live and re-checks them before each launch, but cannot guarantee PAR’s behaviour.
Project Marketplace
The Project Marketplace is non-custodial: SyncNet never holds, escrows or forwards funds. A completed deal transfers the Project Passport (SyncNet’s operator record) and only the items the listing explicitly names. ETH payments are direct wallet-to-wallet transfers that cannot be reversed. Payments in other currencies and off-chain items depend entirely on the counterparty honouring them, and SyncNet cannot verify or enforce them. Deal only with counterparties you have independently assessed.
Project Home
- Project Home content is provided by the Project Passport operator. It can be inaccurate, misleading or malicious, and SyncNet does not verify or endorse its claims.
- Links on a Project Home lead to sites SyncNet does not control. Check every destination before you connect a wallet or sign anything there.
- Control of a Project Home follows the current Project Passport operator. After a Passport transfer, a different person controls what the page says.
- SyncNet can suspend or stop serving a Project Home, but cannot erase on-chain data, IPFS content or copies held by third parties; images and metadata can persist independently of SyncNet.
- Where it is paid, Project Home activation is a payment for a hosted page, not an investment. Paid or free beta, it does not increase, support or guarantee the value of any token, including SYNC.
